     tanya@tanyashur.com. List items, name, address,
     and phone number. Write "Ceramic Art" in the
     subject line, because email received without it is
     likely to be deleted.
Once order is received, a confirmation email will
     be sent with price, shipping and handling charges.
Illinois residents pay 7.75% sales tax. 
Orders must be prepaid by check or money order only.
Upon receiving payment, your order will be shipped
     within a week (longer for tiles not in stock).
